Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Please review our refund and cancellation guidelines carefully before placing your order:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason, including sealed products, individual trading cards, and all other items sold on this site. This policy helps maintain the integrity of collectible items and ensures fairness for all customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse, we stand behind what we ship. If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@oneycollectibles.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or refund for the affected item(s). Claims submitted after this window, or without photo documentation, may not be honored.

Order Cancellations

• To cancel an order, email us at contact@oneycollectibles.com as soon as possible. A 10% restocking fee applies to all order cancellations.
• If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the 10% restocking fee still applies when the order is canceled or returned to us by the carrier.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, including any shipping fees we incur once an item has been dispatched.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order was marked delivered but never arrived, contact us at contact@oneycollectibles.com and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Preorder Products

All preorder items are non-refundable and non-returnable. These products are ordered directly from our suppliers based on customer purchases and cannot be canceled once placed.
