Final Sale Items

All card sales are final, including sealed products and individual trading cards. These items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. This policy helps maintain the integrity of collectible items and ensures fairness for all customers.

Order Cancellations & Returns

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and order cancellations, including orders returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, including any shipping fees we incur once an item has been dispatched.
Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Items returned outside this window may not be accepted.

Preorder Products

All preorder items are non-refundable and non-returnable. These products are ordered directly from our suppliers based on customer purchases and cannot be canceled once placed.
