We’re committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Please review the details of our shipping process below:

Free Shipping Eligibility

Orders of $200 or more qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States. Please note that Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APOs, and P.O. Boxes are excluded from this offer due to carrier limitations and additional shipping costs.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All in-stock items ship within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Preorder items will ship once all items in your order have arrived at our facility.
  • If your order contains both live inventory and preorder items, the order will be canceled. These items must be purchased in separate transactions, as they cannot be combined on the same invoice.

Preorder & Supplier Delays

Please be aware that delays from manufacturers or suppliers may affect the arrival of preorder items. We will ship your order promptly once all items are in hand.

Sealed Product Disclaimer

All sealed products are shipped factory sealed, in their original wrapping (when applicable). We are not responsible for:

  • Tears or imperfections in factory wrapping
  • Missing or damaged components inside sealed items

Sealed products are sold with the expectation that they will be opened by the customer, as intended by the manufacturer—unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Minor damage to outer packaging does not affect the contents and is not grounds for return.

International Orders via Mail Forwarding

If you use a mail forwarding service for international delivery, please note:

  • We are not responsible for the contents of your package once it is marked as delivered.
  • We cannot verify or trace any mishandling that may occur while the package is in the possession of the forwarding company or during its transit to you.
